Born without arms: inspirational mother and son live life to the full
Linda Bannon and her son Timmy suffer from Holt Oram - a rare genetic condition due to which they were born without arms. Despite their condition they live a happy life in a non-modified home. Amazingly, they do everything with their feet and Timmy is a young sports star excelling in swimming and taekwondo. Linda is also studying to become a motivational speaker despite working through the day as a kindergarten teacher. We have been invited to spend two days with them as they go about their hectic lives.

A priest in Italy, Reverend Bruno Maggioni, has shot to internet fame for celebrating the conclusion of a marriage ceremony in his own unique style. As the ceremony came to a close the priest begins to sing and dance along to the 1980s pop song ‘Mamma Maria’ from Italian group Ricchi e Poveri. While most observers have responded positively, Maggioni has also received some criticism for appearing to take a momentous occasion too lightly. Credit: YouTube/Angelo Amodio.
