Anthony Jackson and his cat, Duke, share many similarities, one of them being a love for popcorn. But unlike his owner, Duke isn’t actually interested in eating the popcorn; he just likes to feel the warmth against his face. The cat sticking out of the popcorn does make it difficult for anyone else to have some, though. Credit: YouTube/AnthonyJackson

Jack McEvoy was competing in a 1500m steeplechase race in Massapequa Park, New York, when he tripped over one of the hurdles. Unfortunately for McEvoy, all that was on the other side of the hurdle was a large section of water. “Needed a good time in this race for a seed for counties…Didn’t quite get it,” writes McEvoy. Description:
THIS incredible CCTV footage shows the moment when a pram rolls under a train in Melbourne and the baby boys survives - just seven months after an almost identical incident. The 15-month-old boy is the latest accident survived without any serious injuries, thanks to the quick thinking of the driver. He stopped the train as quickly as possible, grabbing the pushchair from under the front of the train. Moments before, the pram was dragged along the tracks for several meters while the boy's grandmother, three year old brother and other members of the public looked on in horror. The grandmother of the boys told paramedics afterwards she only turned away for a second when the near tragedy occurred. She was also with the baby's three-year-old brother, who luckily was standing with her at the time.
