Manchester United invite teen who grew up in brothel for trial
THE poverty-stricken son of a sex worker is going from red light to Red Devil - after being offered a dream trial with Manchester United. Rajib Roy, 16, will be flying to the UK on April 25 to train with the Premier League side's academy team, after impressing scouts. The teenager has endured a tough childhood - even by India's standards - growing up in a brothel in Kolkata's notorious Sonagachi neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is home to over 12,000 sex workers and a mere visit to the area is considered taboo. Rajib was relentlessly bullied because of his mother's profession and now attends Rahul Vidya Niketan in Sealdah, a special school for the children of sex workers. Rajib will be attending a 10-day training session with Manchester United and given a tour of Old Trafford, known as the Theatre of Dreams.

Visual Effects and Cinematics focuses on the efforts to which Rockstar Studios has gone to bring a unique and powerfully cinematic presentation style to the fluid and sophisticated gunplay of Max Payne 3. The video highlights the real time motion-comic panel generator that updates the graphic novel style cutscenes made famous by the original games, as well as a series of innovations that move the game seamlessly from cutscene to gunplay and from one chapter to the next, putting greater emphasis on the moment-to-moment shooting action, and keeping the player locked into Max’s dark and troubled narrative.
Nokia and Deadmau5 light up London with 'This Is Lumia'
Nokia last night joined forces with deadmau5 to launch two new Nokia Lumia handsets with a spectacular light and music experience: This Is Lumia.
Exactly a year after Nokia created the biggest light show the capital had ever seen – a 4D projection that covered Millbank Tower – the mobile giant transformed an entire London square last night into an immersive audio-visual show starring deadmau5.
