In the lead video, Olivia Park, daughter of Rosemanne and Luther, and a resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, is informed that the shelter she lobbied for is ready for installation in her home. She got it on May 16, a few days before a tornado devastated an area the Parks’ know well, close to where Olivia’s grandma lives.
