Born without arms: inspirational mother and son live life to the full
Linda Bannon and her son Timmy suffer from Holt Oram - a rare genetic condition due to which they were born without arms. Despite their condition they live a happy life in a non-modified home. Amazingly, they do everything with their feet and Timmy is a young sports star excelling in swimming and taekwondo. Linda is also studying to become a motivational speaker despite working through the day as a kindergarten teacher. We have been invited to spend two days with them as they go about their hectic lives.

Adidas, official sportswear supplier to the British Olympic Association (BOA), today revealed the kit to be worn by Team GB at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games at London’s Somerset House ice rink. Payne Preparations to include British Gas Great Swim Series 2012
Olympic open water swimming silver medallist and world champion Keri-anne Payne has launched the British Gas Great Swim Series 2012 and confirmed that two of the open water events will feature in her training plan for the summer.
The Stockport swimmer, who was officially named in Team GB over the weekend, will take part in the opening event of the series, the British Gas Great London Swim on Saturday 26th May followed by the British Gas Great North Swim on Friday 22-24th June.
