Research teams are competing across the world to breed a type of dandelion native to Kazakhstan whose taproot yields a milky fluid with tyre-grade rubber particles in it. Bank of America to pay record penalty for banking misconduct
Bank of America has agreed to pay more than $16.6 billion in penalties and consumer relief, in response to allegations of impropriety in the run-up to the 2008 financial crisis.
