CCTV: Andrew Mitchell's 'plebgate' footage released
Scotland Yard have released CCTV footage, previously unseen by the public, of the foul-mouthed disagreement between police officer Toby Rowland and then Chief Whip Andrew Mitchell in Downing Street in 2012, which sparked the infamous 'plebgate' row.
Sarah Ferguson seen in public for the first time since details of her scandal emerged as she arrives in Los Angeles to pick up an award at a charity event. The Duchess of York, who is under fire after a newspaper sting appears to show her accepting money for an introduction to her former husband Prince Andrew, looked tired, weary and red-eyed as she stepped off an American Airlines plane that flew in from London's Heathrow airport. She walked through LA airport terminal biting her fingernails. Ferguson was accompanied by a spokesperson who fielded reporter's questions saying: "No comment." Ferguson was filmed by an undercover reporter from The News of the World arranging to sell access to her ex-husband Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, in exchange for £500,000.
